A $200 deposit holds your place on either track. Full package cost is due by April 21, 2027 — or spread it over 10 installments after your deposit.

Deposit is refundable up to 45 days before departure (by April 21, 2027), minus a $20 processing fee. Full payment is due April 21, 2027. Cancellations on or after this date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and the deposit becomes non-refundable.

By completing my payment, I acknowledge and accept these terms. Travelers are responsible for maintaining current and accurate payment information. If a scheduled payment fails, the traveler must promptly update their payment method and bring the account current.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all scheduled payments are successfully processed by their respective due dates and that their payment information remains current.
If a payment fails three or more times and the account remains unpaid for 30 days, Nubienne Travel Club reserves the right to cancel the traveler's reservation. In this event, 20% of the amount paid will be retained, and all additional refund and cancellation terms outlined in the applicable trip policy will remain in effect.
All voluntary cancellations must be submitted in writing before the applicable payment or cancellation deadline to qualify for any available refund. Verbal cancellation requests will not be accepted. The official cancellation date will be the date Nubienne Travel Club receives the written notice.
